Denny Roche's Prostrata juniper raft was created from a one gallon tree that he purchased 20 years ago. Two years later moved the tree into a box that he built and created the beginning of the raft styling we see today. After 10 years of training in the box, Denny moved the raft into a 12" x 28" bonsai tray that was custom made by Jim Barrett. The tree has been in the tray for 8 years and presently is 22" tall and 36" wide.
